The Headlines:
In the role of Canadian Commercial Execution Manager working in Toronto you will be part of the Canadian Commercial Operations Team. You will be responsible manage and grow the executional playbook for the commercial and field sales team. This role is specifically responsible for the Canadian Variable Compensation model along with the Key Performance Indicators & the targets that drive business results. Also, the role operates as the Product Manager for the country with our CRM System within the Global Team.
This position reports to the VP of Commercial Operations and works closely with Commercial Leadership, more specifically Sales Leadership, Global IT, Global Business Services (GBS), and the field sales team.
