Inside Sales Rep for AI Startup

We’re a fast-growing AI startup looking for a sharp, high-performing Inside Sales Rep to join our remote team. And here's the best part: no cold prospecting! We have a strong pipeline of interest from Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) who are excited to introduce our solution to their customers—and we need someone to help support them through the sales cycle.

This role is all about enabling Salesforce AEs: giving them the knowledge, assets, and product clarity they need to confidently pitch our solution and close deals faster.  Note - this is a 30-40+hours per week freelance position (hourly) with a base plus commission.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to warm inbound interest from Salesforce AEs
  • Supporting AEs in understanding and positioning our solution to their prospects
  • Leading product walkthroughs, enablement calls, and holding daily office hours
  • Answering questions and handling sales objections
  • Managing follow-ups and activity in our CRM
  • Working California time to cover the west coast

🚀 You Must Have:

  • 1+ year experience in B2B SaaS as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales Rep
  • A solid understanding of B2B SaaS selling and the norms of working on a sales team
  • CRM experience
  • Fluent, professional English—spoken and written
  • Remote working experience
  • Habits that support you in being organized, responsive, and highly collaborative
  • The ability and desire to work extra during the busy seasons (end of quarter and end of fiscal)
  • A relentless drive to not just hit quota—but crush it.

🎯 Bonus Points If You:

  • Experience working directly with Salesforce AEs (co-selling or partner support)
  • Have worked with or for a Salesforce partner
