Core hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PST


We value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

Role Summary
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will nurture ongoing relationships with Spa Partners by receiving orders and inquiries, and conducting daily outbound sales and follow-up calls. You will use your expert knowledge of products, product availability, and sales territories to provide key communications to the Spa Partners to increase sales potential. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will report directly to the Sales Team Lead.

Contract Coverage Details:
  • 18-month position
  • Opportunity for converting to permanent full-time employment from contract coverage

Responsibilities
  • Assist Spa Partners with all aspects of their business while upholding all company guidelines
  • Provide extraordinary customer service in a professional and friendly manner via phone and email
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of Eminence’s products and services to ensure all accounts are provided with accurate information
  • Suggest additional and/or alternative products or services to meet Spa Partner’s needs
  • Track adoption/buy-in for each new product launch in CRM
  • Assist Spa Partners with support options for special events within the Promotions Budget guidelines
  • Receive and confirm all phone, faxed, web and email orders from Spa Partners and OSRs, and process all orders the same day
  • Perform Advanced Education Seminar notification

Qualifications
  • Inside Sales experience (particularly in a call center environment) – minimum 1 year
  • Customer service experience – minimum 2 years
  • Client/account management experience – asset
  • Outside Sales experience - asset
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience – asset
  • Background in the Esthetic or Health & Beauty industry – asset
  • Second language – asset
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Customer complaint resolution skills
  • Computer skills (especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
