To fulfill Pattison Agricultures' vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Settlement Officer. This role may be based out of any of our Pattison Agriculture locations.

As a Settlement Officer, you will perform settlement duties for new and used Ag & Turf Equipment in an accurate and timely manner; perform various complex accounting duties related to settlements according to Dealership policy and accounting theory; manage the collection, retention and distribution of all settlement data.

Responsibilities
This individual's responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

· Work with the Sales team to ensure sales deals are processed in a timely manner

· Managing the collection of all settlement data and finance or lease contracts

· Managing delivery receipts

· Monitoring and processing payouts of trade-in equipment and lease maturities

· Transfers of Ag and Turf Equipment and associated entries

· Entering equipment warranty start dates and warranty alerts

Requirements
Desired qualifications include accounting experience and a diploma or degree in Business, Accounting or Commerce is considered an asset. Experience with inventory control as well as knowledge of the agriculture industry is preferred.
