MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities consist in treating outgoing bilingual B2B calls and offering an exceptional experience to customers. More specifically, you need to:
- Treat outgoing calls from to business owners in a positive and enthusiastic manner;
- Listen to business owners to better understand their needs
- Take ownership of the customer's problems and follow up on resolutions
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Fluent in English & French or English only or French only
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (no weekends!)
- Strong demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
- An annual salary between 29250$ and 31200$ and a generous commission plan
- Paid professional training and continuous coaching programs
- Full time schedule (37.5 hours/week)
- Group insurances available following the probationary period (medical, dental, life and travel)
