The Purpose of the Sales Representative position is to manage web inquiries and quotes. The Sales Representative will implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and presentations to effectively and consistently represent Hardt's branding, products, and services. The Sales Representative will market Hardt's products and services by proposing, coordinating and executing promotional campaigns (as part of the marketing team) and industry events and provide marketing support. The Sales Representative will develop enduring, profitable relationships with "C" customers by acquiring new business for Hardt. The Sales Representative's focus is on understanding targeted needs, proposing sales approaches, closing the sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative is reporting to the Senior Vice-President Sales.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Office environment. Occasionally required to work beyond regular hours to meet customer needs and involves moderate amount of overnight travel. Regular hours 8:30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday. Must carry a company provided smart phone.
