As a Sales Manager you will have the responsibility to lead and support our highly driven team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives in the promotion of products to Family Physicians and Pharmacists.

To achieve success in this position you will;
Use evidence based selling to drive sales and provide up to date product information
You will provide guidance and feedback on selling skills, product knowledge and territory management.
You will communicate to management on a regular basis the status of your team's skill development, activity and sales performance.
Action a strategic plan for your territory that incorporates reach and frequency targets
Actively participate in team meetings and proactively share best practices and field insights
Complete all administrative tasks including call reporting and expense reporting within the designated timeframes
Meet (and exceed!) your sales targets & KPI
Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting

What you bring to the table...

5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
No previous pharmaceutical management experience required.
Bilingual in French and English required.
Experience as a field sales trainer is an asset.
University Degree. Ideally with completion of your CCPE designation
Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills
A passion for coaching people to maximum performance
Unusual level of Drive, Competitive Spirit, and Track Record of Achievement
As this position requires in-person interaction within healthcare settings we require full vaccination for COVID-19
Valid Driver’s License
Computer Software Literacy Microsoft Office etc.
Ability to travel (40%)
