NOW HIRING: Service Advisor

LOCATION: Centennial Nissan Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

HOURS: Full time, permanent, 40-45 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and a rotation of Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm.

WAGES: $16.00- $21.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

Note: While experience in automotive service is preferred, we welcome applicants with a customer service mindset and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

JOB TASKS:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
• Provide information on service options, costs, and timelines.
• Schedule appointments and manage service workflow effectively.
• Communicate with technicians and team members for timely repairs.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and address concerns.
• Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
• Coordinate with the parts department for necessary components.
