The Position:

We are looking for a Digital & Customer Experience Coordinator to join BrokerLink and work out of our office in Toronto, ON or Calgary, AB on a Permanent FT Basis.

The Digital & Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible to assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and publishing content on the BrokerLink website. They will maintain and update BrokerLink's digital footprint on online listings platforms. This role requires the ability to focus on all areas and details of a project, performing tasks with thorough accuracy, and communicating effectively while working as part of a team and with our vendors. The role will coordinate with other internal teams to gather and distribute information through meeting and emails with relevant stakeholders.

What the Role Entails:

  • Assist in editing and publishing the organization's website content through the CMS.
  • Complete various Quality Assurance and Search Engine Optimization updates from audits and action findings.
  • User Acceptance Testing website and quoter enhancements or features developed by internal teams or partners.
  • Assist in the maintenance of google business profiles and other online listings and converting acquisitions' online listings.
  • Prioritize, action, and respond to digital requests as received in the inbox with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Work collaboratively and cross functionally with digital agency, technical teams and website developers.
  • Support the completion of A/B testing and trend analysis to improve conversion rates and user experience (UX).
  • Represent Digital Solutions in meetings, record action items, and coordinate with team on deliverables.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, or Business, or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience or understanding of the customer journey/funnel.
  • Experience working with software tools and platforms including Content Management Systems, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Google business profile manager is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles is a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience working in the insurance industry is an asset.
  • Understanding of BrokerLink's internal processes considered an asset.
  • Flexibility and the ability to grow expertise through continuous learning.
