• Collaborate with sales and channel teams to implement industry-leading marketing programs and events

• Encourage community involvement and networking among Store Managers
• Promote employee engagement through support, recognition and training
• Drive change management initiatives to stay ahead in the business landscape
• Identify opportunities to enhance store profitability through effective relationship building
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing multi-unit locations or senior management roles
• Proven track record of developing and leading engaged teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic decisions
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated business acumen and creative thinking ability
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
