Sales Analyst - Personal Health (Hybrid, Ontario)

Job Description

This position is key to gather and provide actionable insights based on internal and external data points to help drive business decisions, in addition to support the implementation of the marketing strategy at the customer and maintain market equity.

Your role:

  • Effectively using internal sales, market and consumer research data (where available), to develop actionable insights to drive better retail strategies as they relate to the 4 P's with a focus on pricing.
  • Analyze data at a granular store-by-store level to improve forecast accuracy and ultimately maximizing sales opportunities, while playing an active role in the S&OP Process by providing support to the assigned categories and accounts through insights, reports, and recommendations.
  • Manage the process of weekly and monthly Business Reviews and Sales Outlook and keep all reports up to date.
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and trackers.
  • Maintain the stock allocation plans in collaboration with the Supply and Demand Planning team and provide monthly progress reports as needed.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have acquired a Bachelor's Degree. A business focused degree is a plus.
  • You have data Analytics skills: Advanced Excel and Power BI Sills, build models, dashboards, and macros.
  • You like Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, and desire to build new organization capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a cross functional environment.
  • Previous experience in CPG industry desired (2-5 years), and Proven track of record of partnering with Sales and MI&A to uncover opportunities and drive insight-based actions.
  • Retail trade/shopper marketing, category analytics or account sales experience
