TOPRING'S ONTARIO FAMILY IS GROWING! The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales of all Topring compressed air systems product to their assigned account base coupled with end user conversions. The Territory Sales Manager will be a highly motivated and hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment. The candidate must possess strong negotiation, presentation and product knowledge skills, and the ability to implement various sales and marketing programs to their customers.

The team

TOPRING is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join its Ontario Sales Team. The Territory Sales Manager will report to the Ontario Regional Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve top line sales and standard margin budgets
  • Present/Execute Marketing promotions and programs to assigned customer base
  • Develop and nurture strong account relationships
  • Identify new customer prospects and sell the Topring value proposition
  • Utilize product and market knowledge to provide full business solutions
  • Co-ordinate and participate in major trade shows with key accounts
  • Increase sales of TOPRING’s products with our users, on your own or through visits with distributors
  • Provide feedback on competitive activity
  • Perform other duties as required

Studies and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-years’ experience in industrial sales with distributors or manufacturers
  • Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing, in French and English
  • Comfortable with computer technology and software (MS Office)


  • Post-secondary education in Sales/Marketing or relative field of study
  • 5 years' experience in industrial sales or marketing with a record of demonstrated achievements
  • Team player and client focused individual
  • Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Is a master in the art of negotiation and of closing sales
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and strives to exceed their growth objectives
  • Is action and results oriented
  • Has a passion for sales and is stimulated by learning opportunities
  • Enjoys finding solutions to problems
  • Must be flexible for occasional overnight travel
  • Has background knowledge concerning compressed air, pneumatics, or users and distributors’ network
  • Comfortable with computer technology and software (MS Office/CRM)
