Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of Seeds of Leadership's 3-year program to assess its overall effectiveness and impact.
• Develop and implement data collection methods and tools to gather quantitative and qualitative information on program outcomes.
• Design and execute surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights from program participants, graduates, and stakeholders.
• Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions about program performance.
• Collaborate with program managers and leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for success.
• Generate regular reports and presentations showcasing key findings, trends, and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into program improvement strategies.
• Provide recommendations for program enhancements and improvements based on research findings.
• Communicate complex analytical results and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvement within the program based on data analysis.
