As a National Inside Account Manager, you will be responsible for overlooking and managing sales nationally for accounts such as public hospitals, teaching institutions and small private labs. The scope is for Clinical Chemistry, Immunochemistry and Urinalysis portfolios within the evaluate customer segment (small accounts). You will also work with the Commercial team, contributing to the accuracy and health of competitive data found in our CRM. You are the main point of contact for your stakeholders, ensuring a stellar customer experience as well as being a key member of the Commercial team.

To achieve success in this position you will:
Overlook and manage the Urinalysis portfolio within your customer base, providing a stellar experience until the final phase out date and market exit from this business segment.
Overlook and manage Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry portfolios within your customer base, providing a stellar experience until current contracts come to term.
Leverage your understanding of the customer, your regional and national squads and our internal network to provide the right support at the right time.
Manage your customers and align with internal chapters based on the segmentation model.
Work with the Account Executives to validate, expand and complete competitive information within our CRM.
Identify and validate opportunity leads for laboratory solutions and assay additions.
Maintain technical knowledge of your assigned portfolio and develop an understanding of your customer’s working environment and personal and professional objectives.
Use Miller Heiman for strategic planning of your sales opportunities and the Challenger selling model to help customers navigate alternatives.

Exhibits true expertise in your assigned product portfolio; comfortably exceeding the knowledge that any buying influencer might have.
Mastery of two-way communication; communicates, actively listens, uses silence to elicit more information and clearly conveys ideas once the customer understands their problem.
Bachelor’s degree or experience as a Lab Technologist (Science degree a strong asset).
French/English, written and spoken is a must.
Ability to assimilate and master scientific and clinical information.
Passionate and empathetic about our customers and patients and their environment.
Demonstrated business acumen.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to travel if required to manage assigned territory with the help of Account Executives.
