Position: Account Executive, Premium Experience

Department: Premium Experience

POSITION SUMMARY:

Committed to service excellence, the Account Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding the ongoing commitments and all contractual details that occur from the commencement of the relationship with our premium clients.

This role will focus on:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts across all premium areas including executive suites and private clubs
  • Developing strong professional relationships with our premium members to meet standards of excellence and guarantee retention
  • Managing client requests and expectations and assisting with any game day requirements related to these requests
  • Managing client accounts with particular focus on the fulfillment of contractual obligations, premium seating renewal campaigns, and benefit programs
  • Working closely with Hospitality, Parking, Security, Housekeeping, Fan Services, and Engineering on suite and event-related issues
  • Managing suite inventory and parking inventory for our premium clients
  • Working game nights and concerts when necessary

YOU HAVE:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
  • Two years of customer service experience, preferably with premium clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven team player with a commitment to service excellence
  • Experience planning and coordinating events, conferences, and/or promotions
  • Highly organized with outstanding administrative and time management skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high pressure environment
  • Extensive computer knowledge, including MS Office
  • Flexible with ability to adapt easily to changing priorities and schedules and ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Onsite role at our office in downtown Vancouver

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE:

  • Experience in Archtics and Ticketmaster technology
  • Previous sales experience
