This role requires the ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail in order to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Capable of identifying issues and generating solutions in moderately complex situations
  • Willingness to contribute actively in team discussions, sharing experiences and ideas
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret drawings, documents, and technical procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills (prioritizing, time management, record keeping, follow up)
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to embrace new technologies and systems, yet capable of following existing procedures
  • Demonstrated problem solving and sound judgment
  • Fenestration experience is an asset as is experience with Fenevision ERP
  • Strong technical skills (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

Essential responsibilities:

  • Provides the kind of customer service that will ensure external and internal customers that our service is the best they have ever been given from point of contact through quality of product to speed of completion
  • Ensures all details of the customer requirements are accurately recorded on orders
  • Follows up with customers by providing the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Performs general administrative and recordkeeping functions to ensure order specific information is readily available
  • Manages customer inquiries and provides appropriate responses in a timely manner
