THE OPPORTUNITY
The Construction Equipment Sales Consultant is an outside sales position. In this role you will be responsible for heavy duty equipment in an assigned territory. This may be your dream job if you:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Work to achieve sales targets and demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
Develop sales opportunities by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers
Gain an understanding of customer priorities and needs and demonstrate how our equipment makes and models meet the customer’s requirements
Manages and reports on sales action plans on a regular basis
Meets planning and productivity goals
Understands and works within required sales processes, writes complete sales orders and processes required paperwork in accordance with company policies
Works closely with all departments to ensure the customers after sales experience is World’s Best
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Excellent sales skills, with demonstrated sales experience selling in a business-to-business environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
Proven ability to develop and work a sales action plan and drive to achieve top sales results
Knowledge of heavy equipment especially forestry and construction equipment
Ability to negotiate is essential
Have a valid Driver’s License and able to travel in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement included and expenses reimbursable)
Must be able to climb into and out of commercial transport vehicles
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and CRM practices
Fluency in spoken and written Punjabi/Hindi preferred
SALARY
The base salary for this position is $24,000 annually with uncapped commission opportunity and first year on target earnings of $100,000 to $150,000.
