Based out of Saskatoon, employing over 80 staff, we formulate & manufacture over 300 cleaning products that are sold globally in over 20 different countries.


Enviroway is looking for our next results oriented, top performer for our Retail and Commercial Sales of Products as an Territory Manager. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the overall sales of our full range of distributed cleaning and established territory. We are looking for someone dynamic, with a positive attitude, outgoing personality, hardworking and excellent communication skills. Come join our growing team!

Position: Territory Manager (Complete Training will be Provided)

Key objectives


    • Increase sales revenue in an assigned territory
    • Relationship building with current and new customers
    • Mechanically Inclined to help customers
    • Building new relationships with potential clients
    • Monitor sales techniques used making recommendations to senior management on changes, or improvements to help increase/drive sales
    • Work with various department managers to develop and implement incentives and promotions
    • Administer disciplinary action in accordance with established procedures
    • Handle customer complaints and comments
    • Develop long term relationships and build trust with new and current customers.
    • Proactively develop new customer contacts, review leads, and actively review current accounts.
    • Assist customers in choosing the best product for their needs.
    • Be a managing partner with current and new accounts

Job Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, management, or a field related to the industry an asset

  • Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on mentoring and motivation of employees

  • A well defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills

  • Ability to remain calm and poised in urgent situations

  • Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret goals, objectives, and policies

Work Conditions

  • Interaction with employees, management, and the public at large

  • Operation of desktop computer and peripherals

  • Regular travel during the work week to remote locations
