Building strong and long-lasting relationships:
-Help grow and build our Service business
-Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients
-Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
-Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
-Attend association, industry, and networking events
-Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
-Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
Technical skills and responsibilities:
-Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
-Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
-Ability to conduct presentations virtually
-Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
What We Are Seeking
-Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
-Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
-Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
-Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad)
-Clear understanding of contract documents
