Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, All Weather Windows Ltd. (AWW) is a dynamic leader in the window and door industry in Canada. Operations include two manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Customer Solution Centres located in Langley, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Entrepreneur for our Direct to Consumer market in Calgary. This individual is responsible for increasing volumes of sales directly to homeowners. Networking and relationship building is a vital component of this position and will lead to increased opportunities. This job also requires a thorough understanding of our product and the installation process to address customer questions and concerns appropriately.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Promotion and sales of window and door products, supplied and installed to homeowners
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process (before, during and after), and following up on projects that have been installed and completed
• Represent All Weather Windows with a demeanor and attitude of the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct at all times
• Scheduling and performing presentations to prospective clients on a variety of time schedules that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Attain forecasted sales budgets
• Prospect for new leads and opportunities
• Cold calling and seeking referrals from existing clients
• Participate in trade shows and charity events to represent AWW
• Provide clear, concise, and timely paperwork and record keeping
• Must acquire product and sales knowledge to improve performance

Primary Qualifications Required:

• Must possess a superior level of salesmanship and expertise in identifying customer's needs
• Superior ability to close sales by increasing customer confidence with All Weather Windows
• Must be customer oriented with the desire and ability to exceed customer's expectations
• A self starter who demonstrates a high degree of initiative, drive and energy
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and time management skills
• Proficiency with computers and using Microsoft is required
• Must be detail oriented and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
• Must be a team player who is committed to both professional and personal development
• Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license with appropriate work vehicle
• Industry experience and/or product knowledge an asset
• Post-Secondary education an asset
• Must be willing to complete pre-employment drug & alcohol testing, and provide an acceptable driver abstract
