The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales plans, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships to meet regional objectives. They will also handle commercial negotiations for key projects and support financing and collection efforts.

Job Duties Visit end customers and companies, establish, maintain and update customer files in database system Responsible for public relationship development, build and keep reliable relationship with clients Spot business opportunities and follow up with the orders Collect project information and promote sales, analyze competitor information Develop sales plan and implementation plan together, complete sales targets Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met Support financing and collection work Requirement Familiar with local market, construction machinery knowledge on priority or Heavy machinery such as Excavator, Mobile Crane, Concrete, Tower Crane, Forklift, Foundation, Aerial Work Machinery, Mining etc. Bachelor Degree or above in marketing, Engineer major mechanical, electrical or international business Have skills for coordinate with leasing is preference Have the sense of responsibility and good communication skills Driving License We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing accommodations in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
