ALSA is a Private Swim School dedicated to improving the Aqua Lives of children, teens and adults! We are based out of Ottawa, Ontario and offer private/semi private swimming lessons to all ages. We currently operate out of four locations throughout the city for our clients convenience. We are proud to have served over 1200 clients in the Ottawa area and now with the introduction of two new locations in the city we are providing over 300 customized swim lessons per month. Our Mission: We strive to enrich every child, teen and adult's Aqua Life by meeting their individual needs. Our purpose is to develop swimmers in a safe and private/semi private lesson customized to their specific needs.

The role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries to convert leads into swim lesson registrations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records in the CRM and collaborating with operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
