What You'll Do: * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, helping them achieve both individual and team goals * Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, providing real-time coaching, support, and leadership * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Drive new vehicle sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the buying journey * Partner closely with the General Manager, Finance team, and dealership leadership to achieve business objectives * Monitor sales activities, performance metrics, and market opportunities to maximize results * Support inventory management, merchandising strategies, and manufacturer programs * Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing future sales leaders * Champion customer satisfaction and ensure every interaction reflects the Steele Valley Chevrolet standard What You Bring: * Automotive sales leadership experience, preferably within a high-volume dealership environment * A proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop successful sales teams * Strong understanding of new vehicle sales operations and performance management * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills * A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing people * Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * A customer-first mindset and commitment to operational excellence Why Steele Auto Group?
