This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts within a fast-growing, purpose-driven technology environment. You will own relationships with approximately 40 strategic clients and act as a trusted advisor across their organizations. The position combines account management, consultative selling, customer development, and revenue expansion. You will work closely with operational and product teams to ensure strong service delivery while uncovering new commercial opportunities. Your customer insights will also help shape emerging solutions and product offerings. Accountabilities Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of approximately 40 high-value enterprise clients with annual subscriptions and significant revenue potential. Conduct structured weekly meetings with key stakeholders to maintain alignment, monitor progress, build trust, and identify evolving business needs. Partner with internal operations teams to ensure service delivery objectives, project requirements, and grant milestones are consistently achieved. Identify, develop, pitch, and close account expansion opportunities to increase net new annual recurring revenue. Drive upselling and cross-selling of custom projects, expanded scopes of work, and additional solutions based on customer needs. Introduce relevant government and federal grant opportunities to help clients diversify and strengthen their funding pipelines. Lead customer development activities, including structured interviews and ongoing qualitative feedback collection. Identify unmet customer and market needs and collaborate with product leadership to validate and develop new solutions, such as specialized impact reporting capabilities. Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Customer Success, or Sales, ideally managing high-touch, high-value customer portfolios. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue expansion or net retention targets, preferably within a portfolio of $1M+ revenue organizations. Strong consultative selling and discovery skills, with the ability to understand customer challenges, communicate ROI, and guide stakeholders toward broader solution packages. Experience identifying and developing commercial opportunities through ongoing customer relationships and strategic conversations. Ability to navigate complex customer needs, including opportunities involving government or federal grants. Demonstrated customer development experience, including gathering feedback, identifying market needs, and translating insights into actionable product opportunities. Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
