We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying new opportunities as well as deepening relationships with existing customers within our niche market and driving strategic outreach to targeted prospects. You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with the customer service, marketing, and leadership teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation
· Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to oil companies, refineries, and inspection companies.
· Manage the lead generation lifecycle using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and our website to generate qualified opportunities.
· Create, track, and refine a lead database including campaign history, contact interactions, and progress toward qualification.
· Work with leadership to analyze industry data and share compelling insights with prospects and customers.
Customer Growth & Relationship Management
· Build and maintain an up-to-date CRM database of customer contacts, roles, and engagement plans.
· Engage regularly with existing customers to understand evolving needs and uncover opportunities for additional services (development, training, professional services, etc.).
· Create tailored communication strategies and email campaigns to support ongoing engagement and account growth.
· Lead the organization and participation in customer User Group meetings alongside senior leadership and subject matter experts.
Database & Campaign Management
· Build and own a structured, streamlined customer and prospect database.
· Design and execute consistent marketing campaigns with clear objectives and follow-up cadences.
· Working with marketing, coordinate content creation for email campaigns, thought leadership, and website engagement.
· Collaborate with the leadership team and marketing to maintain a weekly cadence of outreach activities including calls, emails, and campaign performance tracking.
What We’re Looking For
· 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling ERP or enterprise-grade software to industrial or energy sector clients.
· Proven ability to lead deal cycles from outreach to close, coordinating internal SMEs and stakeholders.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a comfort in cold calling and strategic prospecting.
· Highly organized and motivated self-starter who thrives in a focused, data-driven sales environment.
· Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Freshsales), marketing automation, and sales outreach platforms.
· Ability to learn quickly and speak confidently about industry-specific challenges and solutions.
· Able to balance quarterly objectives with long-term growth targets.
Success in this Role Means
· A current and accurate CRM database of all key accounts and contacts
· Consistent, high-quality pipeline of qualified leads for Navarik and affiliated companies
· New revenue opportunities generated from existing accounts
· Comfortable understanding Navarik’s products and services and giving first-level product demos.
· At least one new $500K+ client added per year
