Overview The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing, managing, and advancing sales opportunities across Adastra's portfolio of Data, AI, Cloud, and Digital services. This role works closely with prospects and clients throughout the sales process, identifying needs, positioning solutions, and supporting opportunity progression to drive revenue growth. Primary Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid 2-Days Onsite Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time Vacancy Status: New Compensation Range: $100,000-130,000 CAD RESPONSIBILITIES Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and business objectives Present Adastra's solutions and capabilities to prospective clients Develop proposals, quotations, and sales presentations in collaboration with internal teams Maintain and advance a pipeline of active sales opportunities Track activities, forecasts, and opportunity status within CRM systems Collaborate with Practice Leaders, Delivery teams, and Alliance partners to support sales efforts Achieve individual pipeline, revenue, and sales targets QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or technology sales Experience selling technology consulting, professional services, managed services, cloud solutions, or SaaS offerings Knowledge of Data, AI, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Transformation solutions Experience working with enterprise and mid-market clients Familiarity with Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technology ecosystems Demonstrated success achieving sales, pipeline, or revenue targets Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to understand business challenges and position value-based solutions Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience ABOUT ADASTRA Adastra is a global leader in AI and data-driven transformation, helping organizations lead with artificial intelligence—responsibly, strategically, and at scale.
