Develop and execute the outside sales strategy to win new customers and business, identify leads and markets, and support outside sales representatives. Manage key customer relationships in the assigned territory and coordinate with Operations and Inside Sales/Estimating to align sales activity with plant capacity, order targets, and margin objectives.
