Job details
What you'll do Drive end-to-end execution of key account programs: line review timing, sample logistics, quoting, item setup, PO, on-shelf, replenishment and SKU transition. Independently build buyer-facing English proposals — positioning, product story, competitive framing, pricing architecture, bundle options and clear next steps. Support commercial negotiations: annual trade terms, allowances/deductions, MDF/co-op, return mechanisms, MOQ and NRE structures for customized SKUs. Own the numbers: track sell-in vs. sell-through, channel inventory and return rates; reconcile discrepancies with retailer dashboards and challenge them with evidence. Manage local rep agency partners and coordinate with LATAM distributor projects as the region expands. Act as the bridge between North American customers and HQ product, supply chain and legal teams across a 15-hour time difference. What you bring 3–5+ years of key account sales experience with national retailers in the US and/or Canada, with at least one program personally carried from pitch to on-shelf. Consumer electronics / appliance / smart home background. Direct buyer-level exposure to at least one of: Walmart, Costco, Best Buy, Target, Sam's Club, London Drugs. Ability to independently produce polished English proposal decks and Excel pricing models — we do not have a local marketing team to build them for you. Legal authorization to work in Canada and ability to travel to the US monthly.
