Role Description The Production Sales Specialist is a full-time role based in Winnipeg, MB with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client engagement with some work from home. This role focuses on identifying and developing new production print and digital workflow opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting through closing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The specialist will conduct needs assessments, prepare tailored proposals and demonstrations, and collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Daily activities include engaging with customers, tracking sales activities in CRM tools, providing product and workflow training to clients, and staying current on Xerox offerings and industry trends. The role also involves meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets while representing Xerox in a professional, consultative manner. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders. Customer Service skills focused on understanding client needs, resolving issues promptly, and fostering long-term relationships. Proven Sales skills in prospecting, consultative selling, opportunity management, and closing deals within B2B environments. Experience in Training others on products, solutions, and workflows, including conducting client demos and onboarding sessions. Sales Management capabilities such as pipeline management, forecasting, and working toward defined sales targets. Experience with production print, digital workflow, or IT solutions is highly beneficial. Proficiency with CRM and sales productivity tools, and comfort working in a hybrid on-site/remote environment. Relevant post-secondary education in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to client sites within the Winnipeg area as needed.
