The Opportunity We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails, and guide prospects through the complete sales cycle. You will collaborate closely with external sales teams or account managers to maintain accurate CRM data, upsell products, and consistently achieve targeted revenue and customer satisfaction goals." The Role ● Develop and maintain confidential client information utilizing Wajax’s CRM software. ● Manages Customer Satisfaction with all existing customers by delivering the utmost in customer service. ● Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and pricing information in a timely manner. ● Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions. ● Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications. ● Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sales items. ● Prepare customer presentations, tenders, RFQs and Project Quotations for After Market Sales Reps as required ● Attend site visits and customer presentations with After Market Sales Rep as required. ● Respond to customers via phone, fax or email for quotes, purchases, etc. in a timely manner after hours on call rotation. The Candidate 1 to 3+ years of proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service-driven sales roles. Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
