Job details
Ready to take a more active role in shaping your professional future? What would your professional life look like with greater flexibility, more autonomy and the opportunity to keep learning as you grow? We are looking for experienced, independent-minded professionals who are interested in personal development, enjoy connecting with people and are motivated to develop a flexible, results-driven activity. You will work with established personal development education programmes within a structured business model, with training, tools and ongoing support to help you get started and develop your activity over time. What you'll do - Build professional relationships: connect with prospective clients and introduce them to established personal development programmes. - Share valuable programmes: help people discover learning resources that support their personal and professional growth. - Develop your activity: use established marketing tools, communication methods and follow-up systems. - Keep learning: participate in online training, workshops and ongoing professional development. - Work independently: organise your schedule and manage your activity in a way that suits your circumstances. Please note: this is not a coaching, therapy or programme creation role. The focus is on introducing established education programmes and helping prospective clients understand the available options. What we're looking for Our ideal candidate is someone who: - Has 10+ years of professional experience. - Communicates confidently and builds rapport naturally. - Is self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently. - Takes initiative and personal responsibility for their results. - Has a genuine interest in personal growth, mindset and continuous learning. - Is open to developing new skills and applying them consistently. - Values flexibility, autonomy and a long-term approach. Experience in business development, sales, marketing, leadership, recruitment, consulting or people management is an asset, but previous experience in the personal development sector is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What we offer - Flexible remote working: organise your activity around your own schedule. - Performance-based earning potential: commission-based compensation linked to results, with no guaranteed income. - Structured onboarding: access training, tools and systems to help you develop your activity. - Ongoing learning: participate in professional development sessions and access established personal development education programmes. - International community: connect with like-minded people who value learning, growth and mutual support. - Autonomy: manage your own activity and level of involvement. Important information This is an independent consultant opportunity, not a traditional salaried position. Compensation is commission-based, and results depend on individual sales, activity and consistency. The opportunity involves introducing established programmes to prospective clients. If you choose to explore it further, the business model, applicable costs and terms will be explained before you make a decision. Ready to explore the opportunity? If this aligns with your experience, interests and professional goals, apply to learn more and discover whether it could be a good fit for you.
