Division: TW Employment Professionals Location: Windsor, Ontario Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Arrangement: On-site Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annually, plus commission Reports to: President & Director of North American Operations The Opportunity TW Employment Professionals — a new venture from TW Safety Consulting Services Inc., is seeking an experienced Director, Staffing Operations & Business Development, to lead the growth and day-to-day operations of our staffing agency. This is a rare chance to shape a staffing business from day one. You will lead business development, recruitment, and operations, all while building the processes, standards, and service culture that will define how we work. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced staffing professional who can combine business development, recruitment leadership, operational management, and client relationship building. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth while establishing the processes, standards and service culture required to build a successful staffing operation. We are looking for someone who has done it before: managed client accounts, led recruitment teams, owned the P&L — and who still loves the hunt. You are just as comfortable pitching a new client as you are solving a tough placement or closing a deal. As an early leader of this initiative, you will have considerable influence over how the business is built and operated. Collaborating closely with the President & Director of North American Operations, you will serve as the agency's primary operational and business-development leader. Key Responsibilities What You'll Do Drive new business development and client acquisition, with a focus on manufacturing clients in Southwestern Ontario Build and manage relationships with client executives and HR leaders Oversee permanent, contract and temporary staffing/recruitment delivery Prepare proposals, pricing and service agreements; lead contract negotiations Hire, lead and coach a team of recruiters and account managers Manage budgets, pricing, margins and key performance metrics (revenue, fill rate, retention, etc.) Ensure compliance with Ontario employment, health & safety and staffing-agency regulations Report directly to the President & Director of North American Operations What You Bring 7+ years in staffing, recruitment or employment services, including 3+ years in a leadership role Proven success winning clients and growing a profitable staffing business Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and staffing economics (pricing, markups, margins) Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and performance reporting Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario Nice to Have Manufacturing-sector recruitment experience Experience launching or scaling a staffing branch/division with P&L ownership CHRP, CHRL, RPR or similar designation Existing network of employers across Southwestern Ontario Why Join Us? Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus commission. Candidates should know Ontario employment legislation and staffing economics, have experience with ATS/CRM platforms and reporting, and be able to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario.
