Lead business development and client acquisition, oversee permanent, contract, and temporary staffing delivery, and build client relationships, particularly with manufacturing employers in Southwestern Ontario. Hire and coach recruiters and account managers, manage budgets and performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to the President & Director of North American Operations.
