Customer Account Manager Surrey, BC | On-site $75,000 annually + bonus Are you great at building customer relationships and keeping complex projects moving? TPD is partnering with a manufacturer of custom displays, fixtures, and décor solutions for grocery and retail environments to hire a Customer Account Manager. In this role, you’ll manage key customer accounts and coordinate projects from initial requirements through design, order processing, and production. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer service, technical problem-solving, and project coordination. PERKS AND BENEFITS: $75,000 base salary plus bonus Opportunity to work with established grocery and retail accounts Hands-on involvement in custom projects from concept through production Collaborative environment working closely with Design, Operations, and Sales Ample room for growth and continuous learning WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Manage key customer relationships, serving as the main contact for project requirements, orders, and updates Interpret floor plans and blueprints to coordinate custom retail layouts and display solutions Partner with Design and Production to ensure layouts meet customer needs and manufacturing requirements Review drawing packages, order details, pricing, and revisions for accuracy Coordinate timelines and resolve issues affecting delivery, customer satisfaction, and project margins Guide Customer Service Coordinators and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Experience in customer account management, project coordination, or a related role Strong communication skills and confidence making decisions and resolving customer concerns Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and floor plans Proficiency in Excel and experience navigating ERP or order management systems Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar layout and design software Experience in manufacturing, retail fixtures, displays, or made-to-order environments is an asset Ready to bring your customer management and coordination skills to a hands-on role?
