Lead and develop a team of four Territory Managers while executing Alberta’s non-acute healthcare sales strategy to grow revenue, market share, profitability, and customer retention. Manage key customer and vendor relationships, regional budgets and forecasts, territory performance, and cross-functional execution of sales initiatives.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic healthcare accounts, including GPOs and major partners, to drive contract value and adoption. They will develop multi-year strategic plans, foster executive relationships, and ensure alignment across sales, clinical, and distribution teams.
