We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing team of Outside Sales Representatives in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing tailored solutions that support sales growth in the GTA area. Key Responsibilities Prospect for new medium-sized truck fleet business within your assigned territory. Call on existing customers to nurture and grow sales leveraging multiple company offerings. Actively participate in updating and maintaining CRM database. Travel within your assigned territory; some overnight stays may be required. Attend training and meetings at company locations within Canada. Participate in Trade Shows; may include weekend shifts Attend Industry events. Work in a self-directed manner, navigating through a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity standards. Maintain knowledge of Gear Centre products and services. Keep up to date with industry trends to assist educating our customers. Continue to enhance your skills by applying Gear Centre training. Your Gear Centre Career - What you bring 5+ years of Sales experience with success in hitting targets in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of Trucking Industry along with Off-Highway Equipment knowledge. Service minded outgoing personality Post-secondary education in business, commerce, marketing or a related field.. Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution. Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Windows. Clean Driver's abstract. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Nice-to-have...
