Manage reservation inquiries and bookings, maintain accurate rates and availability across hotel systems and sales channels, and identify ways to improve guest experience and revenue. Coordinate with the Front Desk and Sales teams, support group and event inquiries, and contribute to the hotel’s environmental initiatives.
