Location: CANADA Employment Type: Contractor About the role The focus of the Business Development Representative will be: strategic planning with the Growth Director and CEO of TEC, sales management and prospecting for new clients to help grow the organization. Match you profile Core Requirements: At least 10 years’ experience in Business Development roles; Strong business network in CANADA Region; At least 3-5 years’ experience in a mid/large sized organization; At least 4 years’ experience in software development companies and with responsibility to promote and sell various digital services and products Responsibilities: Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients, emails or networking to help grow the organization; Identifying opportunities for the organization’s products and services; Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts; Supporting the sales team on various sales specific documentations and presentations; Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors; Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs; Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team; Preparing status reports on goals and leads on weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. The Business Development Representative will report to the Head of Client Growth.
