ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: Account Sales Specialist Team Power Solutions is looking for an outgoing, sales-first Account Sales Specialist based in Saskatoon. This role is focused on building authentic client relationships, asking great questions, and opening doors across Saskatchewan and beyond. You will connect clients with our technical offerings, including industrial automation, electrical, engineering, manufacturing, and training—backed entirely by our internal team of technical experts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proactive Customer Outreach: Engage facility owners, plant managers, and decision-makers to build strong relationships. Discovery & Solution Selling: Learn about client operations, identify pain points, and position TPS capabilities. Cross-Functional Promotion: Represent TPS's full scope, including Automation, I&C, Electrical, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Training. Technical Collaboration: Partner with internal technical specialists and engineers to deliver fitted solutions. Account & Pipeline Management: Maintain lead cadences and sales tracking in CRM (HubSpot). Industry Networking: Represent TPS at local and regional trade shows and industry events. QUALIFICATIONS Sales Experience: 3+ years in consultative sales, account management, or business development. People & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect and listen. Technical Aptitude: Interest in industrial/technical services; ability to learn quickly (no engineering background required). CRM & Driver's License: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and a valid driver's license for local account visits. Requirements

Requires at least three years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or business development, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates should have an interest in technical or industrial services, be able to learn quickly, be familiar with CRM tools such as HubSpot, and hold a valid driver's license; an engineering background is not required.
