Territory: Barrie Salary range: $62,500 - $85,000 +bonus potential Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads based on company account stratification goals. Research customer needs and develop tailored product and service solutions. Evaluate market trends and recommend relevant products. Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors. Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and usage. Provide product information and training to customer personnel. Drive to customer accounts, conventions, and meetings. Manage accounts receivable, working with the credit department. Manage deliveries and troubleshoot order issues. Participate in company functions, promotions, and customer events. Attend sales and district meetings. Engage in ongoing training. Assist with training new employees. Review and analyze sales reports and data. Skills Ability to read, write, and speak English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and customer loyalty. Effective follow-up skills. Sales ability and persuasiveness. Strong work management and organizational skills. Certifications/Education Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Experience 2+ years of experience Physical Demands Requires driving to customer accounts. Travel Requirements 75%
