Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and manage projects from order entry through production and delivery, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate planning and timely fulfillment. Resolve customer issues, communicate project status, maintain ERP/MIS records, support Sales, and identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and improve operations.

Manage customer accounts and projects from initial inquiry and order entry through production and delivery, serving as the primary link between customers and internal teams. Coordinate quotations, specifications, artwork approvals, production schedules, issue resolution, and shipping while maintaining accurate ERP/MIS records and supporting sales and process improvement.

Research prospective companies, conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls, qualify leads, and secure introductory meetings for outside sales colleagues. Maintain CRM and pipeline records, support campaigns and proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to advance promising opportunities.
