Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by identifying prospective customers, leading consultative sales cycles, and positioning Sodales’ platform to address complex health, safety, and labor relations challenges. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with key decision makers. The Senior Account Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to delivery and to refine messaging based on market feedback. The role also includes maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients, monitoring account performance, and providing input into go-to-market strategies and sales forecasts. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building, with experience managing complex sales cycles. Ability to conduct consultative discovery, solution selling, and value-based presentations tailored to HR and operations leaders. Experience in software/SaaS sales, preferably in HR tech, compliance, health and safety, or labor relations solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools to manage pipelines, forecasts, and account activities. Solid understanding of enterprise environments and integration concepts involving platforms such as SAP, Workday, Dayforce, or Oracle is an asset. Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, prioritize multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
