Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales & Business Development Representative to expand Shreem's presence throughout Alberta. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop long-term client relationships, and promote our engineering, construction, maintenance, shutdown, and automation services. The ideal candidate has experience selling industrial electrical, instrumentation, automation, controls, or engineering services to industrial clients and EPC contractors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional business development strategies. Identify and pursue new customers across Alberta. Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into projects. Develop relationships with industrial facilities, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and system integrators. Conduct cold calling, networking, client visits, and presentations. Represent Shreem at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Promote Shreem's complete service portfolio including: Instrumentation & Controls , Process Automation, PLC/HMI/DCS Programming, Control Panel Design & Manufacturing (CSA/UL), Field Construction , Commissioning & Start-up, Shutdown & Turnaround Services, Maintenance Services, Industrial Product Supply Understand client technical requirements and coordinate solutions with engineering. Prepare quotations, proposals, budgets, and technical presentations. Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts. Maintain relationships with existing clients. Develop annual account growth plans. Conduct regular customer visits. Ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify cross-selling opportunities. Monitor upcoming capital projects and turnaround opportunities. Track competitors and market trends. Maintain CRM database and sales pipeline. Prepare weekly sales activity reports and monthly forecasts.
