Job Description What is the opportunity? By joining RBCx as a Associate Account Manager, you open the door to an exciting career in commercial banking. This role will work 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely. What will you do? Excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with advice for their day-to-day banking operations. Partner with VP, Relationship Management at RBCx and the Client Relationship Team to identify, plan & deliver the best solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client’s operational requirements. Participate in ongoing contact programs to forge strong relationships with clients by staying in touch, providing value-added service and meaningful advice. What do you need to succeed? Must-have 3 to 5 years of Commercial business work experience or business banking in support and advisory functions. 3 to 5 years of work experience and demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role. Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and proven sales success Nice-to-have Commercial Banking Advisor experience Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications) Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred e.g. BBA, B. of Commerce or equivalent on-the-job learning. Requirements
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial business or banking support and advisory functions. A proven track record in sales and relationship management is required, with a post-secondary degree in business or finance preferred.
