We have an opening for Inside Sales at our Brandon Plumbing location. What you will do: Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications Process customer transactions such as orders and returns Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction Communicating with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries Assisting with select returns and warranties Prepare small to medium size job quotations Provide phone and email quotes to customers. Source and price product as per quote request. Maintain records of job quotes. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned. The Inside Sales representative will manage customer communications via phone and email, process orders, and provide accurate product quotations. They will also coordinate with outside sales teams and assist with product returns and warranties.

Candidates should possess strong mathematical aptitude, organizational skills, and computer proficiency. While industry-related experience is considered an asset, the role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working in a deadline-driven environment.
