This is a sales-driven role for someone who understands the *pre-construction/new home industry*, is comfortable working directly with REALTORS and purchasers, and knows how to proactively generate business—not simply wait for walk-in traffic. Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with incoming leads and prospective purchasers Conduct outbound prospecting to REALTORS, brokers and potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and brokerages Drive traffic, appointments, registrations and sales to the project Present floorplans, pricing, incentives, inventory and project information Conduct in-person and virtual presentations for clients and REALTORS Manage and engage REALTOR/broker groups and communication channels Consistently distribute project information and follow up on opportunities Guide purchasers and cooperating agents through the sales process Maintain organized and persistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle Understand project inventory, pricing, incentives and sales programs Work closely with the brokerage, project management and marketing teams to achieve sales targets Requirements *Must be currently registered with RECO and in active/good standing* *Must be willing to transfer registration to the designated brokerage* Previous real estate sales experience required Pre-construction, new-home or builder sales experience strongly preferred Experience working directly with both REALTORS and purchasers Working knowledge of the pre-construction sales process Basic knowledge of Agreements of Purchase and Sale and real estate contracts Strong phone, presentation, communication and closing skills Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive prospecting Organized, accountable and sales-driven Must be available *weekends and select weekdays* Must live in *Port Colborne, Niagara Region or within reasonable commuting distance of the sales site* Reliable transportation required Who We're Looking For This is *not a passive sales-centre position*. We want someone who is hungry, proactive and comfortable creating their own momentum. You should be equally comfortable calling 50 agents, following up with a database of leads, presenting the development to a brokerage, sitting with a purchaser and ultimately *asking for the sale and closing the deal*. This is a *6-month contract opportunity*, with the potential for additional opportunities based on performance and future project requirements. Compensation *Earn approximately $2,500–$5,000 per completed sale*, depending on the applicable compensation structure and transaction. Compensation may be structured as: *Base salary + commission*, or *Commission-only* Final compensation will depend on experience, track record, availability and agreed responsibilities. For a strong salesperson capable of consistently converting leads and building REALTOR relationships, there is significant earning potential.
