Job details

Company Description Raven Track is an AI-powered financial automation platform built initially for construction companies. Raven reads receipts and invoices, assigns expenses to the right project and cost category, and syncs them with accounting software. By reducing manual data entry and simplifying expense management, Raven helps business owners, project managers, and accounting teams save time and maintain clearer visibility into project costs. Role Description The Technical Sales Account Manager is a part-time, remote role focused on growing Raven Track’s customer base and sales partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting outreach and discovery calls, understanding customer workflows, demonstrating Raven, and closing subscription sales. The successful candidate will build relationships with construction business owners, contractors, finance teams, bookkeepers, and accounting firms. They will manage opportunities from initial contact through product demonstrations, trials, proposals, negotiation, and conversion to paying customers. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, following up with leads, developing referral relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role involves working closely with Raven’s product and technical teams to communicate customer requirements, coordinate onboarding, and turn customer feedback into practical improvements. The successful candidate will also help retain and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to expand adoption. Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings and industry events. Qualifications Proven B2B sales and account management experience, preferably selling SaaS, accounting software, construction technology, or business automation solutions. Ability to generate leads independently, qualify opportunities, deliver demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close sales. Experience selling to construction companies, contractors, accounting firms, or bookkeeping businesses is a strong asset. Understanding of expense management, receipt and invoice processing, project cost allocation, or accounting workflows. Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting and construction management software is an asset. Ability to understand customer challenges and explain how Raven can reduce administrative work and improve cost visibility. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging business owners and financial decision-makers. Strong organizational skills, accurate pipeline management, and a self-directed approach to meeting sales targets. Proficiency with CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and standard business software. Comfort working in an early-stage technology company and helping refine the sales process. Post-secondary education in business, accounting, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
