Job details

Senior Outside Sales Representative – Key Accounts, Heavy-Duty Truck Parts** *Quick Fit Parts | Mississauga, ON | Full-time, Permanent* About Us Quick Fit Parts is a Mississauga-based distributor of heavy-duty truck cooling and air-conditioning parts, supplying reputable industry brands to fleets, repair shops, and dealers across Ontario. For nearly a decade, we've grown on product knowledge, honest pricing, same-day pickup and local delivery, and service our customers can count on. We're now expanding into municipal fleets and truck dealerships — and we're looking for a senior salesperson to lead that charge. The Role You will own new business development with municipalities, transit yards, construction fleets, heavy-duty truck dealers, and large fleets across the GTA and Ontario — opening doors, running a structured territory plan, and growing key accounts year over year. You report directly to the owner. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and open new B2B accounts: municipal fleets, HD truck dealers, and large fleets - Build and manage a pipeline of RFP/tender opportunities with public-sector buyers - Present product solutions with strong technical credibility (cooling systems: radiators, charge air coolers, condensers, compressors, coolant tanks, and related parts) - Cross-reference OEM part numbers and recommend correct applications - Maintain regular call cycles, accurate customer records, and monthly forecasts - Monitor competitor pricing and market activity; report back to leadership **What You Bring** - 3+ years of B2B outside sales in heavy-duty truck parts or the automotive aftermarket (dealership, distributor, or fleet supply background) - An existing network of relationships with fleets, dealers, or municipal buyers in Ontario (a strong asset) - Solid technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts, especially cooling and A/C systems - Experience with RFP/tender processes (an asset, not a must) - Hunter mentality: you open doors, you don't wait for them to open - Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle; willingness to travel across the GTA and Ontario - Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through **What We Offer** - $65,000–$75,000 base salary + uncapped commission: 10% of gross profit on your sales, 15% on new accounts you open in your first year (realistic first-year on-target earnings: $100,000–$130,000) - Guaranteed minimum commission for your first 3 months while you ramp up - Monthly vehicle allowance + fuel - Group health insurance (dental, vision, and extended health care) after 3-month probation - Direct access to ownership — no layers, fast decisions - A growing company where your book of business actually matters **To Apply** Send your resume and a brief note about your territory and key accounts to support@quickfitparts.com Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. *Quick Fit Parts is an equal opportunity employer.*
