This is a full-time, in-office role based in Surrey, BC, with regular outside sales/client visits. We're seeking someone who’s eager to grow within a collaborative, high-energy logistics environment. Responsibilities Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new business opportunities Demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills — and help others do the same Qualifications High school diploma 1+ years' of transport related experience in Business Development / Sales Strong communication and time management skills Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong interpersonal communication skills Comfortable with cold calling, in-person client visits, and building new relationships Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with solid problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment Must have a valid driver’s license Must live in the Greater Vancouver area Compensation & Benefits $60,000 – $80,000 base salary, based on experience Monthly commission/bonus structure Medical and dental benefits Annual salary reviews based on performance and contribution Team events and company socials throughout the year Opportunity for professional development within a growing logistics company 2 Weeks annual vacation - Accrued 5 Sick days per year Why Join Us?
