As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team and working directly with employees and customers to provide an amazing purchasing experience. Here’s What You’ll be Doing: * Build and coach your team towards achievement of expectations, objectives and goals. * Coach, mentor and train Brand Ambassadors to assist customers, answer questions, structure deals and/or payments. * Follow the “Flyby” process: step by step in the sales process where the manager is first introduced to the customer and build rapport. Solicit feedback from customers. * Creates a customer focused environment and continuously strives to improve the customers experience. * Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system. * Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers. * Manage and control the dealerships total inventory investment. Follow vehicles through reconditioning, merchandising, and marketing process. * Responsible for inventory wholesaling, vehicle acquisitions, inventory photos and descriptions, and trade appraisals of vehicles. * Other duties as required. Skills and Qualifications * Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales. * Experience in a supervisory role is an asset. * Valid Ontario Drivers License and a Clean Drivers Abstract. * OMVIC Certification required. * Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills. * Knowledgeable in a sales environment and management of a sales system funnel process Why Work For Pfaff? * Competitive Compensation - earnings potential ranges from $120,000-$170,000 and can vary as it is partially based on meeting individual performance objectives. * Health Benefits – full-time employees have access to health, dental, long-term disability and life insurance. * Track Days and Events - show your passion for cars, your brand, and your team by attending our various track days and store events! * Growth Potential – we want to support your success!
